COVID-19 UPDATE: We remain open and able to fully serve you.
The Law Office of David Serafin continues to monitor the Coronavirus pandemic and the economic fallout in Colorado. We continue to eagerly assist consumer and business Bankruptcy clients on a full-time basis in the Denver area and all of Colorado.
Because meeting in person is a bit more difficult given the social distancing required by COVID-19, we do offer video conferencing with Denver Bankruptcy attorney David Serafin. Our up to date technology allows us to work remotely and still conduct highly productive meetings.
We are accepting new clients just as usual.
Upon request, we are always happy to provide an update as to the status of your case with an added emphasis going forward as to how to best address any direct or indirect impact that the Coronavirus has had economically on your household income and expenses.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado remains open. The vast majority of Bankruptcy hearings are now being conducted by phone during the stay in place order.
